DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION TERMS

Deposits

A deposit of 30% of the cost of the booking is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due within 12 weeks of arrival.  

Cancellations

We are a small business that depends on assuring that our rooms are occupied, therefore: 

• Cancellations made more than 12 weeks before the planned arrival date will be subject to a charge of 15% of the cost of the booking.

• Cancellations between 12 and 8 weeks of planned arrival date are subject to a charge of 50% of the cost of the booking.

• Cancellations made within 8 weeks of the planned arrival date are subject to a charge of 100% of all deposits made
